Custom Shipping Provider - Supported carriers

When creating a Custom Shipping Provider-shipment, the carrier name you provide must contain one of the supported keywords below. Our system uses a case-insensitive match, so as long as the carrier name contains the keyword, it will be recognized correctly. For example, DHL Parcel and myDHL both match the dhl keyword.

The following shipping method names are also recognized, regardless of the carrier name:

  • Unstamped letter
  • Ongefrankeerd
  • Digitale postzegel (PostNL only)

Carrier not listed?

If your carrier name does not match any of the keywords above, the shipment will still be processed but may be communicated to sales platforms as an unknown carrier type. If you believe your carrier should be supported, please contact our support team.
